The Couplet program is the cumulation of learnings from supporting couples in their relationships over a period of 20 years of private practise. It uses a robust and experiential methodology to facilitate couples in developing their relational process.
The program is designed to be thought provoking, as well as creative and enjoyable. At times the content may touch on sensitive areas and provoke emotion in you. As a couple you can moderate your comfort level by deciding on the depth of information that you wish to share.
The Couplet program is not individually tailored to you or moderated by us.
If you or your partner become uncomfortable or distressed while using the program, we recommend you cease using the program until you feel able to continue, seek help from a professional therapist, or do both.
It is also important to note that the Couplet program is a development course, it is not counselling or therapy. If you and your partner feel that you may need more therapeutic help and support, please do not hesitate to contact us, or another trained professional.
Finally, a reminder that the course material when purchased is for your personal use only. Whilst you may wish to share your thoughts, feelings and personal output with friends and family, we ask that the course material itself is not shared or reproduced elsewhere without our permission.
